Marcel Fassbender is not only a licensed attorney in Germany and Switzerland, but also a certified business coach in addition to his training as a mediator.

Dr. iur. Marcel Faßbender hat über 15 Jahre Erfahrung als Rechtsabteilungsleiter und Senior Managementteammitglied eines weltweit operierenden Konzerns, der im Infrastrukturbereich Großprojekte umsetzt. In diesem Zusammenhang war Herr Dr. Faßbender bis zu 40 Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälten vorgesetzt, die in den verschiedenen Landesvertretungenen des Konzerns für die kommerzielle und rechtliche Betreuung der jeweiligen Projektverträge verantwortlich sind. Hierbei hatte er nicht nur die weltweite Gesamtverantwortung für die rechtlichen Grundlagen der abzuschließenden und abgeschloßenen Verträgen mit einem Volumen von häufig über 1 Milliarde €, sondern auch eine weitreichnende kommerzielle Verantwortung für die finanzille Beurteilung der Prognosen wesentlicher Elemente der Projektarbeit. Gleichzeitig war Herr Dr. iur. Faßbender Geschäftsführer verschiedener Tochtergesellschaften des Konzerns, z. B. in Indien, den skandinavischen Ländern, Israel aber auch in der Schweiz und in Deutschland.
